Digital = instant gratification. But also = no returns.

• Once you click download, it’s yours forever. We can’t exactly put the spreadsheet back in the box.
• Refunds aren’t a thing here. Sorry, bestie.
• BUT — if something breaks, glitches, or disappears into the void, email us at support@iambookish.store. We’ll fix it faster than you can say “TBR meltdown.”

Q: Do I get anything in the mail?
A: Only if your mailman starts delivering Google Sheets files. (So, no.)

Q: How fast will I get my product?
A: Immediately. Like, faster than your last impulse Kindle download.

Q: What if I lose my files?
A: Been there. Just email us and we’ll resend your link, no judgment.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Nah. You can’t “un-download” something. But if you’re having tech trouble, we’ll help you out.
